Returns

Returning goods is a simple process.

Select your order and the portal will advise you which goods are eligible for return. Enter the quantities and click ‘return’. You will receive a notification by email that your return has been received and a credit issued.

For free return carriage, drop your parcel off at a designated pick-up point, or alternatively, our courier will collect the parcel from your address at an agreed rate.

Returns Reasons

Each line of your return will be tagged with a return reason. The return reasons help everyone understand what caused the return. This enables all parties to improve services and take corrective action.

Return reasons are divided into sections, supplier reasons and buyer reasons.

A supplier reason might be “Wrong colour supplied”, a buyer reason might be “Wrong size ordered”. Return reasons are detailed on your credit notes lines. Returns are rare, but these systems help us reduce returns to a minimum and quickly credit and send you new items if required.
